Cliff is a young boy who appears in The Tide is Nigh
His mom Teena has him on a leash.
In Voice Fail Teena tries to give Cliff up for Eep to take care of permanently.
In an earlier episode he and Sandy exhibit a rivalry toward one another, however they are friends by the time of Crood Detente. This makes Eep jealous shouting "I thought you hated him!" Sandy shrugs, and pulls him by the hand.
